Today’s On Purpose Monday wasn’t something I planned.

It was literally poured into me.

What started as a simple observation became a reminder that faith is not always about having all the answers.

Sometimes faith looks like obedience.

Sometimes it looks like movement before clarity.

Sometimes it looks like surrendering—not once, but multiple times a day.

“Not my will, Father… but Yours be done.”

Because if we’re honest, we want the full blueprint.

We want the timeline.
The confirmation.
The outcome.

But God doesn’t always work that way.

When He led the children of Israel, He gave them manna daily.

Not monthly.
Not a year’s supply.
Daily.

Just enough for what was needed in that moment.

And He is still that same God.

Still providing.
Still directing.
Still making a way.

The question is… are we willing to follow?

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord…” — Psalm 37:23

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding…” — Proverbs 3:5–6

Faith without works is dead.

So sometimes the assignment is simple:

Move.
Trust.
Surrender.
Follow.

Even when you don’t fully understand where He’s leading.

Because where He leads… I’ll follow.

Growth requires more than having a vision. It requires developing people who can help carry that vision forward.

True leadership is not measured only by what we accomplish ourselves. It is also reflected in our willingness to teach, trust, and create opportunities for others to grow. When knowledge and responsibility are shared intentionally, their impact can extend far beyond what one person could accomplish alone.

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.” — 2 Corinthians 9:8 KJV

This week, identify one responsibility you can delegate and one person you can intentionally develop. Your willingness to empower someone today may produce an impact you never personally witness.

How many times have we decided something wasn’t possible before we ever tried?

Sometimes the limitation is real.

And sometimes…it’s simply a boundary we created because of fear, doubt, past experiences, or what we’ve convinced ourselves we’re capable of.

Before you accept that something is impossible, make sure the limitation is actually there—and not one you created in your own mind.

You may be capable of more than you’ve given yourself permission to discover.
