Friends! I collaborated with @adrierose_ and their micropress Hot Damn Press and made a little thing written from and around the epicenter of queer raves/dance floors. These spaces are where grief and joy intermingle and collide into a secret third thing. All books are hand sewn by Adrie. Thank you dearest for your editorial eye and hand work on these.

DM if you’d like one. $15 each.

Perfect for your back pocket amongst the oontz oontz or to read while in the chill out room. 💘✨ by @dare_williams13

That’s a wrap on 725 S. St. 14(15?) years ago David Marvel and I thought to move downtown to try and make a little NYC happen. This has been a truly special loft, a container for magic and lessons.

So many lives have been lived here and so many inhabitants, lovers and ghosts, heartbreak and healing. But most importantly, art was made here both solitary and collectively. Poems were made here a poet grew into himself here.

To all the people who experienced this place Thank you for contributing your energy to a truly special place— for all the dinners and parties and dancing. DTLA is both a beast and a beauty - and I’m grateful it’s part of my LA story. On to the next adventure and to my neighbors please take care of each other. 🙏💘 by @dare_williams13

Back in cali after being at @peterbulloughfoundation Virginia for a month. I will miss my window view, and the many fields and skies that held me between them. Being here I was able to re-meet the poet and scholar that I am, outside of Capitalism’s deep shove. Incredibly grateful to have had this opportunity and space to work, dream, and teach. @arista.wilson @teresa.nicolella you are my springtime special angels. Here’s to seeing our work forward and to our new transitions — our one wild and precious life 🫶✨🪩 by @dare_williams13

Thanks to @nifmuhammad and all at @poetlore for publishing my poem. I attempted to center AIDS phantasm haunting the fashion industry— beauty, glamor and death. Great to share these pages with some wonderful and talented pals. by @dare_williams13
