THE HARDEST thing I have done my whole life! But in that dark moment (50-80KM’s) I drew strength from the endless sacrifices I had to endure from January to June. This is what pushed me. This is what got me teary eyed. Real men don’t cry? @comradesmarathon is the place that will break you down!!

To my club/family, @runnersofhopeac @runnersofhope ,thank you for the training and commitment to selfless service! I will always be indebted to you. To everyone thinking of running #comradesmarathon (DONT DO IT), make sure you are ready to get hurt, stand up, try again and keep grinding!

Mad time out at the #colgateroadrace2025 yesterday!! Was aiming for a Sub 3 hour finish 💀boy was I in for a surprise 😂

However we are grateful and cruising nicely this side ❤️

First ever full marathon completed, wow, what an emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually challenging experience 😂

I believe in the Darma that “the world gives you what you give in” and boy did I give this everything!

Thank you to my friends and family for giving me the chance to be selfish, the time and energy required to prepare for such an experience could take a toll on any relationship, for this thank you!

A notable mention to my soldiers that I went to war with❤️ @nomayini_fc @lmakhutle @lifeof_dwayne Mama and @booidavid05 , may God bless you gents!

Welcome to 2024 people 🫶🏾

Felt kinda stiff after spending 2 days running and getting my a*%# kicked by the road, so I decided to do some mobility strengthening to kick off the year ❤️ Check below for a full description of the exercises and repetitions

- Arm Circles
- High Cobra to Downward Dog
- Thread the Needle (both arms)
- Squat Position to Squat Extension
- Hamstring and Quads Stretch
- Arm Stretch

Do each for ONE MINUTE only DAILY ❤️This should help with;
- Stiffness
-Posture
- Muscle strength
- Flexibility
