Transformation Tuesday:

I’ve been on this grind feels like all my life.My weight loss journey has been the hardest thing to conquer in my entire life. I’ve had so many ups and downs that i struggle with,but i thought today would be a a great day to celebrate my half way point !!🙌🏾🥳🎊

When i started my journey i was at a big back size of 455lbs.🫣 Felt like i was slowly dying i started losing my mobility and fell into a deep depression. Mental health is real trust me but by the grace of God and work i now stand before you at 325lbs 🕺and I’ve never felt this good in my life! I’m at my half way point and i want to say thank you to everyone that has gave me an encouraging word prayed for me and just gave me some motivation along the way. It has really took a village to get me to this point and I’m forever grateful 🫶🏾

I’m about to be the living example of when you say “ME YEAR”. This journey of mine has been a very interesting one. We going to peel it byke layer by layer!!Columbia was an amazing experience for me. Today marks a special day for me. Today i sit in front of my own desk. Yep my very own desk! This may seem light to sum but this is a major accomplishment for me I’ve been blessed beyond measure in 2026! I never thought me having this would means so much so i had to bypass the New Orleans trip to step into my new roll. God is amazing by @darealbiggz

It a lot of resurrection going on today first my Heavenly Father and now God’s son (Me) lent was a much needed journey that i needed to do some meaningful soul searching. I often ask my self as we all do “who checks on the strong friend…” well i started going to a therapist to help unravel my thoughts… I’m still a mess but clean it up well! 😂 I’m better now than i ever been.. keep me in your prayers by @darealbiggz

Yea i know a lot of yall probably was lit yesterday for cinco de mayo im here for any mishaps you had with your favorite kicks tap in i have a 10 pair special going on and a 5 pair specials as well this shoe was full of ketchup that had stained the shoe severely but @restorocc to the rescue every time! by @darealbiggz

🚨Long post🚨
2024 was a year of a lot of uncertainty in my life. I went through so much last year to say the least i watch someone who for all of my life i considered to be Superman get diagnosed with prostate cancer. I can honestly say took my breath away when i heard the news especially after he just had a stroke. But let me tell you how God work i was able to be strong for a man who was strong for me my whole life and never took a day off showing me that either. I became a man last year, yep at 43 i became a man and because of the man i learn from im one of the best men in the world! 🌎 pops you showed me even in the darkest times that being a man is to show up for your family and be the 🪨 that God made you to be and to have faith that it will all work out! 🏋🏾 to my superhero Pops i love you and i got your back with everything in me!
