Dear mom,
I feel so guilty. I feel like I took you for granted. I feel like I should have been a better daughter. I should have built a better bond with you when I had the chance, now my heart is broke wishing I could bring time back. I’m so sorry. You were there since I told you I was pregnant, you were there when I gave birth, you were there when Kamari would cry in the middle of the night and I was too tired to get up. You were also there when my hair fell out, you were there to shave my head for the first time, moral is you were there and I used to be so busy focused on the time you weren’t there that I took it for granted. I wish I could have you back, or atleast I would have got a chance to tell you I love you and give you one more hug. I don’t know how to feel, I actually just wish I was dreaming. I’m sorry, I wish I could have saved you. You always said we were gonna miss you when you’re gone & look less than 24 hrs later I miss you already. With tears in my eyes and guilt in my heart I’m writing this wishing God would give me another chance with you. Mommy please watch over us, we love you so much. by @darealtif
