R&B nostalgia hit different in Raleigh. 🎶🔥📸

Had the opportunity to capture the VIP Experience, Art Show & Meet & Greet during R&B Rewind: Millennial Edition featuring

@curlyheadedblackboy
@sammiealways
@pleasurep
@bobbyvshow

Before they hit the stage, fans got a chance to experience these artists in a completely different atmosphere. From the AMAZING artwork put on by @hiemiixx @dailydoseofdopeart and conversations to the meet & greet moments and genuine reactions, there was an energy in the room that took you right back to an era of R&B that gave us so many memories.

For me, nights like this are about capturing more than who's on stage. It's about documenting the culture, the connection, the energy and the moments in between.

Appreciative of the opportunity to be in the room and capture another piece of the story.

🔥NEW EPISODE PREMIERE | SEASON 2 EPISODE 11🔥

Tomorrow, In TRUE Form sits down with CJ Wade for a conversation about life, choices, growth, motherhood, entrepreneurship, acting, and the experiences that helped shape the woman she is today.

CJ’s journey hasn’t always been an easy one. At just 14 years old, she caught her first felony charge. But that moment is only one chapter of a much bigger story. We talk about where life took her from there, the lessons she had to learn along the way, and what it means to continue evolving instead of allowing your past to define your future.

And we had some fun too! 👀🥤 CJ gives us a first taste reaction to @drink.haze , so you’ll definitely want to see how that went.

@intrueform_ was created to give people a space to tell the REAL story. Not just the accomplishments you see today, but the setbacks, decisions, sacrifices, lessons, and resilience it took to get there.

Because authenticity isn’t about pretending your past didn’t happen. It’s about owning your story, learning from it, and stepping into your purpose in your TRUE Form. 🎙️❤️

LET’S TALK ABOUT IT. 🎙️🔥

Some conversations aren’t meant to be comfortable. They’re meant to make us think, listen, question, and understand perspectives outside of our own.

I sat down with Deidra Nelson for a new Let’s Talk About It conversation, and we went there.

We talked about gender identity, transgender relationships, dating, sexuality, attraction, anatomy, and what it truly means to respect how someone identifies.

If a straight man dates a transgender woman, does that change how his sexuality should be defined? Should gender identity, biological sex, anatomy, or personal choice determine how we define attraction? And when it comes to relationships, how much should anatomy matter compared to the connection between two people? 👀

And trust me... those are only SOME of the questions we tackled.

No disrespect. No judgment. No trying to force everyone to agree.

Just two people having an open conversation, sharing perspectives, asking difficult questions, and creating space for people watching to form their own opinions.

🎙️ In TRUE Form presents: Let’s Talk About It
Special Guest: @transformer_whitebunny

You’re definitely going to want to hear this conversation.

Tune in, and after you watch it, I want to know where YOU stand. Let’s Talk About It. 🔥

COMING SOON!!

You ever love a movie so much that ONE song can take you right back to the scene? 😂🎬🎶

We were supposed to be talking about our favorite lines in the movie Temptations, but once the song came up, the memories started FLOODING back. The gymnasium scene, the music, the meaning behind the moment… and somehow we ended up showing Paul some love too! 😂

That’s what makes certain movies timeless. It’s not always the famous line everybody quotes. Sometimes it’s the song playing in the background that you NEVER forget.

And trust me, this is just a taste of the conversation! 👀🔥

🎙️ Tune in for Season 2, Episode 11 of In TRUE Form with special guest @thecjproject_ as we talk movies, memorable moments, the journey behind the scenes, and so much more.

Now let’s settle it…

What movie has a soundtrack that STILL has you in a chokehold? 🎶👇🏾
