First Responder Training in Emergency and Trauma Situation Safety Protocols

The session highlighted the importance of Good Samaritan practices and the critical role of immediate response in road accidents and trauma situations. The GVK Emergency Team provided comprehensive training on first responder protocols, including first aid, handling emergencies, and CPR procedures. This session emphasized not just the technical know-how, but also the responsibility every individual carries in ensuring timely intervention and safety.

Impact:
As representatives of YI, we shared valuable knowledge and practical insights about acting swiftly during accidents and trauma incidents. We reinforced the importance of Good Samaritan laws, encouraged proactive behavior, and facilitated a highly interactive first responder training, especially tailored for bus drivers and staff. The audience gave extremely positive feedback to the EMRI team, appreciating the clarity and usefulness of the training. Participants expressed gratitude for the actionable guidance and safety protocol education, which they found highly relevant for real-life scenarios.

Impact Story:
The Shell India Chennai Customer Service Team, despite already being part of a safety-first organization, actively engaged in the session. They were eager to learn about first response protocols, particularly CPR and emergency first aid, recognizing their importance for everyone, not just designated responders.
