You have to choose the right price that works best for your business model 👀💸

And yes, sometimes it can mean lowering the price (alarming I know especially coming from me) so you can have more people join

OR (and that’s how I work), you are increasing the price so you only work with a select few

You might have the right offer… but you might sell it in a format that doesn’t work for your audience

This is exactly what happened with @tianna.mamalick the founder of @smbmarketingschool, when she hired us to help her relaunch her course Master SEO

Before she’d only offer this program as an in-person 4 weeks course but for her community it was hard to commit going somewhere in-person for multiple weeks + her community has grown so much beyond her own city

People wanted to learn how to apply SEO for their business but there wasn’t the right format for them to do that

And then she relaunched her Master SEO to be an online course and got 25 sign ups in 24 hours 😮‍💨
