I’m still in the desert.

when @norahsimm asked me about being the photographer for the @thecolorsshow while they did @thespeedproject | I was a little nervous. I hadn’t shot photos in 4 weeks, I’d only been doing production projects. Everything planned out from end to end.

Being in the desert would be a completely different experience. There is no planning, there is no prep. Shot lists fall apart and everything is done on the fly as the scenes change moment after moment.

When I think back to moments that changed how I see work, working as media during the @thespeedproject was one of them.

Running is so much more than just the movement. There are so many emotions, thoughts and feelings involved.

It is truly one of the most primal things we can do as humans. Once you start running, that feeling never leaves you.

met @castelsandiego the founder of @soundoffexperience while shooting an event with @cooldownrunning . He was kinda surprised to see someone running with a camera.

we chatted for a bit and planned to catch up but instead of a call we just linked up for a workout. He showed up to the workout completely running on empty from working all night and that was the type of hustle I could respect.

the workout led straight into capturing the @soundoffexperience and @ironstrengthnyc event led by @drjordanmetzl in Central Park a few weeks later.

Just another reminder that the best opportunities come when you do the work in public and connect with people who match your energy.

pulled up for @thefnr10k shakeout back in August.

three months ago I made a hard shift with the business from startup culture and made my official push into the fitness world.

Of course I had some experience shooting stuff the last year, but 80% of what I did was corporate work.

@shipphappens215 was one of the first people to trust the new vision and direction.

Since then I’ve worked nearly every single day to get in the reps to not only get better at my craft but also to negate the luck portion that typically comes with being discovered as a creative.

It’s easy to win in the summer and fall so I’m looking forward to this winter block and what it shows me. taken in Washington D. C. by @darientbe

TORRAS x Cooldown Running

We kept the miles going on September 30 with @cooldownrunning along the Hudson River waterfront. Huge thanks to the @cooldownrunning team and everyone who came!

What we loved about Cooldown was how naturally running became a way to get outside, meet new people, explore the city, and simply have a good time.
You don’t have to be the fastest runner.
You don’t have to know anyone before you show up.
You just come as you are, run a few miles, and see where the night takes you.
Maybe that’s the beauty of running — one route can take you somewhere new, and one run can introduce you to someone new.

Every Run Has an Angle. There’s more than one way to run NYC.

Had such a freaking blast running back and forth capturing this club on the go. Some how have stayed in shape purely from covering media for run clubs in the city while trying not to trip on a curb 💀.

Eight months ago with @fosterrrryan for @everydaybetterclub

It’s insane to look back at these photos and how much my style has grown and changed. The type of work I’ve done between then and now.

all the reps, the jobs, the campaigns.

While we had some direction on this shoot, it’s cool to think about how I would approach it now and the creative direction we would take. Who would be supporting it, how many athletes we would bring in, when during the day (or night) would we do the shoot, what type of story we would want to truly tell?

There’s so many approach’s to how this game can be played and recently I’ve fallen back in love with the process and the outcomes have started to change.

LILYLIFTS x THE NIGHT CLUB 🖤 Powered by @gymshark  Some info about the club, Created by @lilylifts, @thenightcllub started as a London evening run club so women could move safely in the dark, and it’s grown into a global community that sells out cities in minutes.

Gymshark brought the tour to their NYC space and then straight onto the streets – 5k of energy, loud music, and women running together instead of staying home because it’s “too late” or “not safe.” It’s less about pace and more about presence: owning the roads, cheering strangers, and proving that nightlife doesn’t just belong to bars and clubs – it belongs to us too.
