Gratitude. Silence. Empathy.

I close my eyes and move through my body from the soles of my feet to the crown of my head, feeling warmth. I direct my attention to the area of my chest, take a deep breath, and feel gratitude. Just for being alive! WOW! I feel so much, and so deeply.
And the more I feel, the more I realize that every living being on this planet feels so much in their body too! Every person carries as much pain and joy inside as I do.
So much love and sorrow.
I dive into my inner silence and embrace the whole world with my heart.
