🎵 “Hello From Earth” by Hyume feat. Alex Serra

Change the melodies and sing the frequencies
You bring inside your heart, you′re singing
You gonna rise with me

✨ Music is a living practice.

With every gathering, every rehearsal, and every shared moment, AMAR continues to evolve. We keep discovering new textures, deeper listening, and new ways to weave together handpan, Rav Vast, singing bowls, gong, flute, voice, and silence into an experience that invites presence and renewal.

This summer has felt especially intense. Many people are feeling the heat—not only in the weather, but in life itself. The energy of the Year of the Fire Horse has been fiery in every sense, and it’s easy to find ourselves running on empty.

Perhaps this is the perfect time to do the opposite.

Slow down.
Deepen the breath.
Soften.
Remember the profound rest that allows the body, mind, and spirit to restore.

Let’s not burn out before summer is over.

Instead, may we keep our inner flame alive with a gentle glow, balanced by the cooling waters of relaxation, stillness, and bliss, so we have the strength, clarity, and inspiration to carry us through the rest of 2026.

✨ Join us for our next Summer Soundscape Immersion with AMAR.

📅 Friday, August 15
🕓 4:00–6:00 PM
📍 Private home in Lagunitas (address shared upon registration)

An intimate afternoon of immersive sound healing and live music featuring handpan, Rav Vast, singing bowls, gong, flute, and voice.

A portion of the proceeds supports the local Miwok community.

Spots are still available—reserve yours through the link in our bio. We’d love to share this experience with you. 💙

My journey from head to heart has been served by many practices; partner dancing has been one of the more fun and playful ones. Finding teachers who can hold a space for me where I was, and relaxing around being a beginner, a whole world of embodied connection and movement has opened up. Not without it’s edges but it has nourished my basic and essential need for human connection and intimacy beyond the world of words.
