Don‘t allow the pain within you to become the master of your life.

Do you know that feeling the unbearable ache in your chest when the very people you trusted are the ones who hurt you? It feels as though your soul is screaming beneath your skin, as though someone has reached inside your chest and torn your heart from its place.

You look down at your skin, searching for a wound, yet there is no blood. Nothing to prove what you are carrying. And still, it feels as though the pain is slowly draining you from the inside, leaving you empty, exhausted, and hollow.

You begin to wonder: Will this pain ever disappear?
Will there ever come a morning when breathing no longer feels like an effort, when your heart no longer aches at the thought of everything you have lost?

Sometimes, it feels impossible to imagine surviving it. You ask yourself, How am I supposed to get through this? How am I supposed to carry something this heavy and still remain myself?

And then come the nights.

The nights when you are alone with your thoughts, when there is no one left to distract you from the war raging inside your own mind. The silence becomes deafening. Every memory grows louder. Every betrayal echoes. Every unanswered question finds its way back to you.

But I know one thing: without my faith, I would not have made it this far. I know that without believing in something greater than my pain, I would have lost myself completely. When everything within me was falling apart, faith was the one thread I could still hold onto.

So dont let the pain define you.

You may carry scars no one can see, but they do not have to become your identity. What broke your heart does not have to break your entire existence.

The pain may live inside you for a while.
But it doesn‘t own you.

You are still here.

And sometimes, surviving the night is enough.

I’ve been working on this painting for the past two days, and it’s slowly starting to come together. 🎨✨

I’m using acrylics, gold, and other colors, and I’m painting not only with brushes but also with my fingers. 🖌️ I Never learned how to paint , I love painting since I‘m a kid

This piece needs time there are still so many details and layers to add before it’s truly finished. But I’m enjoying every step of the process and letting the painting develop naturally. Do you like it ?
