This is the reason I’ve been a little MIA lately… 🤍✨

I officially completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at @hello_yoga_studio and I’m now a certified yoga teacher! 🙌

To my teacher, Debbie: Your guidance, encouragement, and belief in me made such a profound difference. This training challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. I came very close to quitting… but I didn’t. I’m deeply grateful to have learned and completed this training under your mentorship. 🙏

What most people don’t see is that I finished this program while experiencing some of the most chaotic circumstances of my life. I was working a second job in a deeply unhealthy situation, moved three times during training, and ultimately had to leave a living arrangement that wasn’t safe, without having a place lined up. I was basically houseless for over a month, bouncing between Airbnbs and hotels…and somehow still showed up, studied, practiced, and finished.

I’ll share more about that in time. For now, I’m just very proud of myself that I held strong and didn’t give up.

🌕♓️ Pisces Lunar Eclipse + Full Moon Hike & Community Reiki 🌊

Sometimes the magic of these gatherings isn’t in how many people show up… it’s in who shows up.

This month, my yoga friend was the only one who made it out. And it honestly turned out to be exactly what we both needed. 🤍

Because instead of a group hike, we got a beautiful afternoon of catching up, walking through nature, sharing about Reiki, and having those deep, honest conversations about life that probably wouldn’t have happened if a whole group had been there.

It reminded me of something I’m learning to trust more and more:

✨ Whoever shows up is meant to be there.
✨ Whoever doesn’t show up is also part of the plan.
✨ Sometimes the experience we think we’re creating isn’t the experience that’s actually meant to unfold.

In all my years of hosting, I have definitely learned not to attach too much meaning to Meetup RSVPs. People sign up, life happens, plans change, and sometimes half the group disappears the day of 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

But maybe that’s part of the lesson too — release expectations, surrender to the unkown.

And this particular Full Moon in Pisces was perfect for that energy. 🌊

Less forcing. More flowing.
Less expectation. More presence.
Less trying to control the experience. More trusting what unfolds.

So grateful for the beautiful connection, conversation, and energy exchange that came from this little unexpected two-person gathering. 💜🙏

The right people always seem to find their way to the right moment. 😊

This Pisces Lunar Eclipse may bring emotions, endings, exhaustion, heightened sensitivity, vivid dreams, or the feeling that something you can’t quite name is moving through you. ♓️✨

Whew! Still integrating this eclipse! 🌑
