We fall to learn to pick ourselves up again. We stand firmer and stronger than before. For a black belt, is a white that never gives up. by @darkjedidiesel

Kaizen (改善) — continuous improvement.
Not overnight. Not all at once.
Just a little better, every single day.

Discipline in your love life means choosing patience, presence, and honesty; especially when it’s easier not to.
Discipline in your professional life means showing up before motivation does, refining your craft even when no one is watching.
Discipline in your daily life means honoring routines, boundaries, and small promises to yourself.

What you practice daily becomes who you are.
And who you are determines what you attract.

Kaizen reminds us that the life we desire isn’t built in big moments. It’s forged in quiet, consistent ones.
One habit. One choice. One day at a time.

Stay disciplined. Stay intentional.
The results always compound. 🔥

One of my early flows at Riptidez last year 🔥💨
You are not your choices. You aren’t bound to the illusion of free will in which your actions are already destined. You embrace you’re choices and learn from them, you don’t let them shape who you are in accordance to something you can’t control, you let it align with you and you are the one that takes control of fully shaping yourself. Once you embrace yourself as a whole, you move to enlightenment, remember you are the closest source and congruent of god/source itself

Except what you can change,
Change where you can’t accept.
change is scary,
But it’s necessary.
Change, but with the intention and direction, because it has no meaning to run fast if you don’t know where.
