A huge thank you to everyone that made Cold Dips for Hot Meals possible.

Together we managed to complete nearly 300 polar dips and raised $9360 to go toward @thenorthgrovedartmouth Family Supper Program - serving free, healthy, sit down meals to families in Dartmouth.

Darkside Season 3 is a wrap!

Thank you to everybody who brought life and love to each Sunday on Lion’s Beach.

This was a winter that seemed to challenge each of us in different ways. But committing to standing out in the cold, sharing the freezing water and sitting together in the hot saunas were moments that brightened up a tough winter, even just a touch.

Darkside community polar dip #10 🌞

Momma we made it to spring! One minute we’re digging out our socks from under the snow in -20C and the next we’re walking into an iceless Banook.

Which on that note - is heartbreaking to say that this weekend.. is our final Sunday community polar dip of the season. 🥲🥹🧎‍♂️

Another beautiful season is coming to an end, but we’re going out with a bang.
