Maybe you followed me because I’m a model.
But I’ve been realizing that being a model is only one part of my story.
If you’re figuring out who you’re becoming…
stay.
We’re doing this together.”

Before I started modeling, being a broadcaster was the dream.

So being able to go back to school after 10 years and pursue something that has always been a part of me has been one of the most exciting — and uncomfortable — things I’ve done.

I’m learning, unlearning, starting again, figuring things out as I go… and honestly, I’m excited.

Excited to try new things.
Excited for new adventures.
Excited to discover new parts of myself.

This season is reminding me that becoming doesn’t always look like having everything figured out.

Sometimes, it simply looks like having the courage to begin again.

So here’s to studying again, broadcasting, new adventures, and continuing the journey of becoming. 🌱🤍

One step at a time.

The problem is rarely the photoshoot.

The problem is rarely the casting.

The real battle is identity.

If you don’t know who you are in Christ, the industry will gladly tell you who you should be.

No May dump, but if I had to pick a highlight, it would be this. ✨

A weekend in Kaduna celebrating one of my dearest friends, making memories, and soaking in every moment.

Fun fact: my mum grew up in Kaduna, which made the trip feel even more special. ❤️ by @darkskin_tosin

I’ve been away from this page for a while.

Honestly, I needed space. I was feeling insecure, a bit lost, and unsure about where my life and career were heading after coming back to Lagos. I started to feel like maybe I had failed in some way.

But in that quiet season, God was doing something in me.

I stepped back not just from posting, but from pressure — to find my footing again, to grow, and to really return to my identity in Christ, not just something I talk about, but something I live.

And I’m still on that journey.

What I’m learning is that I am not a failure. I’m not behind. I’m simply being shaped, redirected, and stretched into something bigger than what I could see before.

This page will still be a space for honesty — about faith, identity in Christ, creativity, modeling, and becoming who God has called me to be.

But I’m also learning not to hide anymore or shrink myself because of fear or shame.

So I’m back.

Not because everything is perfect, but because I don’t want fear to lead my life anymore.

Some days will still be up and down, but I want to keep choosing purpose, growth, and life in Christ.

I’m not ashamed of my life in Him. by @darkskin_tosin

I didn’t plan for this to mean so much.
But standing there, speaking, I was reminded of why I started in the first place.

Mentorship has always lived quietly in my heart—encouraging young models to walk this industry with wisdom, integrity, and faith. To love God and not lose themselves along the way.

I’m grateful for the invitation, for the reminder, and for the opportunity to pour into something bigger than me.
This year already feels promising.

Sometimes I look at a picture of myself, and it feels like I’m watching a stranger I somehow know too well.
Like I’m standing outside my own body,
looking at her…
that girl…
me…
and my heart breaks for her in the most gentle way.
I want her to have the deepest, safest relationship with God — the kind where she finally knows she’s fully loved. I want her to heal, to understand she’s valuable, seen, important, and capable of far more than she ever imagined.
I want her to know she is important —
to God,
to the world,
to the people her life will one day touch.

I want her to believe that the life she prays for in secret,
the life she whispers about to God when no one else is listening,
is not impossible.
That God’s will for her life is bigger
than the fear sitting on her chest.

I want her to know she can breathe.
She can rest.
She can trust.
Because God has her.
Completely.

She’s beautiful —
in ways she hasn’t even grown into yet.
She’s smarter than she thinks,
stronger than she feels,
and more capable than she knows.
She is me.
And I am her.
And God is healing us both
in ways I’m just beginning to understand.

Lately, God has been teaching me something I didn’t even know I needed…
Just because He called me into this industry doesn’t mean He called me into every corner of it.

For so long, I thought impact meant showing up everywhere — every runway, every room, every opportunity. I thought being “seen” was the same as being purposeful. But the more I walk with God, the more I realize that obedience is louder than exposure.

Daniel wasn’t in every court.
Esther wasn’t in every palace.
They simply stood firm in the place God assigned — and purpose followed them there.

I’m learning to trust the same.
✨ Not every runway is God’s runway for me.
✨ Not every room is part of my mission.
✨ And being hidden is not failure — sometimes it’s protection.

My desires are shifting.
My ambition is being refined.
And my heart is learning to rest in this simple truth:

I don’t need to be everywhere.
I just need to be where He sends me.

I used to rush my becoming — wondering if I was late to purpose.
But grace whispered, “You’re not late. You’re simply in your season.”

The ÀJÀRÀ Collection by @loisregalia captures that truth — the beauty of growing quietly, deeply, faithfully.
Because even in stillness, purpose is taking root. 🌿
