There’s no better place to express yourself than the place you’re at, when you want to, unapologetically be you, because being you is cool 😎 #starwars #geek by @darkwarrior.78

It's not about becoming a saint or healing the whole world. There will always be someone else who needs help, and there will always be someone you simply can't help. It's about doing what you can, when you can, because sometimes one small act of kindness might help one person heal. You don't have to change the world. Sometimes, helping one person is enough #bekind #geek by @darkwarrior.78

If I could ask one thing of everyone seeing this, it would be this: be inspired to do something you enjoy and share it with the world. Let people see the uniqueness that is YOU. ❤️ There is something, a skill, a passion, a hobby or knowledge, that you have that you know is cool. And I guarantee there are people out there who would love to see it. So do it. Share it. Don't worry about whether it's perfect or whether everyone will understand it. Make the world a little better by adding more of YOU into it. This is me doing something I love. What's yours? Stay awesome #starwars #geek #MentalHealth by @darkwarrior.78

Please believe that if you’re someone going through something, you aren’t alone. There are people you can talk to, people who will listen to you. It’s hard, so hard, to realise that you need to ask for help, and harder still to actually do it. But once you say it out loud, you might be surprised by how much easier it can become and how many people are willing to help. There is no weakness in admitting you’re struggling. There is strength in continuing despite the struggle. Think about what you would want a loved one to do if they were struggling, remain silent or ask for help? You are loved, so please ask for the help you deserve. As always, you are awesome ❤️. #MentalHealth by @darkwarrior.78

Be yourself and your people will find you. Later that night, the guy in charge of the music played Duel of the Fates just for me. What a legend! 👏😂 Those who complimented my skills and my friends always encourage me, even if they still don’t understand why I carry a lightsaber everywhere! 😆🤣. One thing I’ve come to realise is how much the people we attract are influenced by who we are. Be true to yourself, and the right people will find you. It sounds simple, but how many of us have been someone we’re not just to make others happy? You have a limited amount of energy. Spend it on the people and things you love. ❤️ And with 9 to 5 playing in the background… Dolly Parton, RIP you angel and absolute legend ❤️🕊️ #starwars #geek #MentalHealth by @darkwarrior.78

I believe peace is the ultimate goal for a good life. What you find as peace, and your journey to get there, is different for everyone. But I believe it is the goal. Physical, mental, spiritual, your own peace or your family’s, acceptance of yourself or of the world around you, whatever it is that brings you peace, I hope you find it. Have a blessed day. Stay awesome. ❤️ #MentalHealth by @darkwarrior.78

If you ever ask yourself, “Should I do this? Should I go there? Should I take this with me?” Then do it. Because you never know when you might get to use a lightsaber in a space station 😆. If it doesn't harm anyone, live your life on your own terms. Stay awesome. ❤️ #starwars #geek #MentalHealth by @darkwarrior.78
