6 Months Sober 🎉

I often get asked, why? Why give up alcohol when I didn’t need to? The simple answer: the benefits outweigh the buzz.

Since quitting, I’ve gained:
✔️ Better health
✔️ Sharper decision-making
✔️ Unmatched focus in the gym—no excuses, no hangovers

Drinking was just a weekend thing, but it was every weekend. Now, I’ve hit some big milestones:
🏆 Feeling confident in my body
🎄 My first Christmas alcohol-free
✈️ A holiday away with no drinks
🪩 Sober parties/events/raves
🎂 Soon—my first sober birthday

I’d highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it. Here’s to new adventures and seeing what else life has to offer. 🚀✨
