My my are we excited by this one! Legend of the London underground scene, Darren Roach (@darrenroachdj) brings is signature deep, chunky and techy house to the @cabal.wax red-lit basement, for what promises to be an absolutely banging headline set.

Darren is joined by Big Nick D (@dj_bignickd), who heads up one of the Cabal’s favourite labels, @bankofswitches and fresh from his @yoyaku.fr set (check it out on YouTube!), on which Darren recently released his top-notch roller, ‘The Pyrotechnics’.
Harriet Gray (@harrietyg) completes the line up, having really impressed Cabal HQ with her sets full of solid selections and smooth progression.

Ditchcoteque presents Darren Roach

Bank Holiday Sunday | 30th August
Lord Napier Star, Hackney Wick
7pm–1.30am | Free Entry

Some bookings are special.

I've known Darren Roach for many years, so it's a real pleasure to welcome him to Ditchcoteque.

Born and raised in Dalston, Darren has spent decades carving out his own path in underground electronic music. As the founder of Studiotek, he's built a catalogue that's earned the respect of DJs and collectors alike, with productions supported by artists including Raresh and Dan Ghenacia.

He also made his mark with Berlin's Limousine Dream, becoming the first artist to release a full-length vinyl LP on the label—a milestone that reflects both his creativity and the trust placed in him by one of the underground's most respected imprints.

Fresh back from gigs across Australia, Vietnam, the Netherlands and the USA, Darren returns to East London for an exclusive all-vinyl set, drawing from decades of collecting and a deep love of the music.

This isn't about trends or algorithms. It's about records, craftsmanship and the connection between a DJ and the dancefloor.

That's the spirit Ditchcoteque has always been built on.

Sunday 30th August
Lord Napier Star, Hackney Wick
