The Husband She Took for Granted is out today on ReelShort 🎬

A wedding, a gala, Victor in uniform, a robot, and the world of Nexus—this production gave me a lot of different characters and moments to dress. Here’s a look at some of the costume work, both on set and off. P.S.: couldn’t to the glass without @ghenomariefx , amazing MUA!

Black is my weakness. Velvet, lace, corsetry, cutouts. Same color, completely different women. That’s the power of it for me. 🖤

Accessories are never an afterthought in costume design. A tie, a pin, a scarf, a bag, a piece of jewelry — each one can tell you something about a character before they say a word. I love using those details to build personality, status, history and attitude into a look. Sometimes the smallest piece does the most storytelling. ✨

Had a blast being part of the panel “Latinos in Costumes” 2025 at the Costume Designers Guild on Sunday 10/12. Thank you @latinosincostumes and @cdglocal892 for the invitation! And to all the attendees. “Representing Brazil in the house 🇧🇷” by @darrieux

What a joy to witness the opening of #mayhem tour in Vegas last weekend and see one of my favorite artists so close! I didn’t get the audio right in some videos though. And “lost” the pics of my Gaga outfit, cest la vie! #ladygaga #mayhemtour taken in T-Mobile Arena by @darrieux
