Final update on this month’s fundraising efforts in support of MND Association. 100 miles completed this month and an incredible £1,432 raised in donations.

One of the reasons that motivated me to take on this month’s challenge was the devastating impact that Motor Neurone Disease has had on the rugby community/family. It was therefore fitting that my penultimate run today took me via my former rugby club, 95 miles completed, 5 more miles to go!

As always, many thanks to everyone who has donated and supported me throughout this challenge , I’m incredibly grateful. Last run, Sunday morning, bring it on!
