❤️ currently in a calorie deficit, I know I’m shocked too😂 I lose weight/ size rather quickly so cutting isn’t something I usually do but I’m trying something different. Trying to gain my entire fitness journey has made my cutting phase a little challenging. My body dysmorphia is definitely triggered constantly and I don’t care to look this small and lean but it’s all apart of the process! Trying to recomp is challenging I’m not gonna lie, but I’m going to continue on this journey for a bit longer to see what my body can do, I just secretly can’t wait to get back to adding more size 🙈🤫 by @darrycka_it

🤍Start your week off right!
Hit the gym, drink your water, eat healthier options, and don’t entertain anything that’s not supporting you reaching these goals👊🏽 by @darrycka_it

Say hello to baby Dee 👋🏽 tiny, thigh gap, no booty Dee lol people think I have great genetics but honestly it’s just been the work put in all these years! We all start somewhere and honestly the only thing I miss about my old physique is my invisible waist.

I’m so thankful I didn’t give up on my fitness journey back then because I’ve come soo far. All the days I get on myself about wanting to get bigger I didn’t realize I was actually seeing results. Track your progress! It’s always rewarding seeing how far you’ve come to keep you inspired to keep going!

Hey, Hi, Hello👋🏽🤍 by @darrycka_it

💪🏽Progressive overload! For the girlies having a hard time adding some size one of my favorite ways to see growth on my fitness journey has been through progressive overloading. An important factor when trying to gain is being in a calorie surplus (in some of these clips I was not) and increasing reps, weight, sets, implementing time under tension all gear towards gaining!

Happy Saturday!💪🏽 by @darrycka_it
