Today, I’m incredibly proud to officially welcome the Fall 2026 Lee Johnson Agency Internship Class! 🎓⚖️🏀⚾🏈

Every semester reminds me WHY I created this opportunity. Our interns get the chance to gain real-world experience at the intersection of sports, law, athlete representation, marketing, media, and business. 📚🤝🏾📈

As a Black female lawyer, sports agent, and agency founder, being able to reach back and provide opportunities to the next generation means more to me than I can put into words. 👩🏾‍⚖️🏆 Representation matters but ACCESS matters too. It’s not enough to get into the room. We have to help create pathways for the people coming behind us to get there too. 🚪✨

To our Fall 2026 interns: ASK QUESTIONS. BE CURIOUS. NETWORK. TAKE UP SPACE. LEARN EVERYTHING YOU CAN. 🗣️📝🤝🏾🔥 You never know which assignment, conversation, connection, or opportunity could completely change the direction of your career. 🌎💼

Welcome to the Lee Johnson Agency family. 🖤⚖️🏆

Now let’s WORK. 💻🔥

👇🏾 For everyone in law or sports: What’s ONE thing you wish someone had taught you before your first internship? Drop it below our interns might need to hear it. 👇🏾
