The day after Timket I thought the celebration was over . Streets would open back up . Little did I know they had to run it up for the archangel Michael one time . To my surprise the streeet blocked forced me to get out the taxi and luckily I had my camera because the energy smacked me in the face. I felt rushed that day . I had to leave Ethiopia the next day so this felt right to join and walk the streets just to immerse myself in that energy one more time. It’s so funny cause I practice photography everyday but social media somewhat limited me into feeling every post is a roll out or a big reveal but going back and seeing photos I took take me back there and though I may have shared at one point and time but ya know these moments are timeless .
