I’ve been playing make believe since I was a kid, slipping into worlds of soaring dragons and heroic Jedi, so it seemed only right to keep it going an adult.

Ten years ago, I moved to Los Angeles to act professionally, and while it was terrifying to leave an entire life behind, I’m eternally grateful I did. Acting, writing, and immersing myself in the creative side of life is a gift. I’ve met so many cool fking people - actors, singers, writers, dancers, directors, editors, agents, managers, friends, creative geniuses, movers and shakers, all driven here by that same insatiable urge - to create, to explore, to dare, to question, to dream. To fight. To love. To fail, over and over and over again until it becomes an old friend. To try. To rise back up when you’ve been knocked on your ass.

I’ve been so blessed to get to create and play and get down in the mud and muck with so many wildly different scripts and projects. To get to play make believe, even as an adult. I know for a fact six year old Eric, watching Star Wars for the first time and falling absolutely head-over-heels in love with the movies, would freak knowing where he ends up.

Thanks for loving me. Thanks for supporting and believing in me. There are way too many people to properly thank and acknowledge here, but know that I see you, and I’m intensely, overwhelmingly grateful for you. We come up together. Let’s keep this thing going. taken in Los Angeles, California by @darthhammertime

Roma - Trastevere 🇮🇹. Tonnarelli carbonara and amatriciana with hot focaccia at @tonnarelloscala, Negronis in cobbled alleyways, befriending the street cats, Vespas galore, nuns with gelato, people gathered in the piazzas to drink a glass of wine and socialize, and my love @amandiconda. taken in Trastevere - Roma by @darthhammertime

Checked off an absolute bucket list item hitting @olympic_nps for the first time with my legendary backpacking crew @amandiconda @merrittsofhiking @sage.pierce. 22 miles, 5400 feet of elevation, 20+ deer prancing feet away from us in the midst of our campsite, one bulbous, croaking bullfrog jump-scare in the middle of the night, unhindered views of the towering, awe-inspiring Mount Olympus - nature is neat, y’all! Protect and preserve wild spaces! Go outside!! 🗻🫶🏻 taken in High Divide/ Seven Lakes Basin - Olympic National Park by @darthhammertime
