This place in Fargo. Hands down the best Mexican restaurant you will find in the north. I ordered the Pina tropical. And wow it did not disappoint. Gas is cheap in the US. $0.83/litre. Was warm there also. In t shirt today. by @daryl642813

This is the version of the forks in Minneapolis. Lots of great restaurants and little stores hidden inside. I really was impressed with Andy’s garage. Had a Shmoo dog. Avocado double hotdog Best hotdog I ve had since Chicago. Very good. They got authentic Mexican restaurants here and a nice barbecue restaurant. by @daryl642813

Juicy Lucy at the nook in St. Paul’s MN. Delicious. Was also plus 20 Celsius on Saturday. Beautiful. Not sure where the weirdos were protesting there no kings rally though. It was pretty quiet in St. Paul’s. by @daryl642813

Smoked chinook salmon from Port edward and candied salmon. First try. A tad bit salty. I think I let it brine too long but still very tasty. And of course my auger on my auger had to quit working mid process. Improvised with charcoal by @daryl642813

Lainey Wilson was an exceptional concert in Calgary. Best place to watch country music considering everyone has a stampede outfit. Two opening acts that played two hours, Ernest was great and Lainey played for 2 hours non stop. She’s got great energy and is very interactive with the crowd. If you have a chance to see her you will be happy you did. by @daryl642813
