A little dream ticked off the bucket list. ✔️

Tonight, I had the privilege of photographing @klfashionweek for the very first time.

Even more special was witnessing the debut of @99pctangel by @rachealkow . Watching an idea become a runway collection takes an incredible amount of courage, creativity and countless hours behind the scenes and seeing it all come to life was incredible.

I’m so proud of you, @rachealkow and every single person who made tonight happen. Congratulations on an amazing debut.

I’m proud to call you my mother, because you thought me how to be loved. Even on the days I knew you were tired, even on the days when you didn’t feel it yourself, even on the days when you needed it more than me.

The love that you gave me started long before I was even here. Trying, hoping, praying that one day we would meet. And if we never did, I’m still proud to call you my mother. You’ve always put love first, you’ve always met people where they are, you’ve always given everything even if it left you with nothing.

And I know that it may seem that I don’t notice but I do. Because the way that I love people now looks a lot like you.

What I didn’t know I missed from all of this was the feeling of wonder — the kind that comes from experiencing a place for the first time, and feeling like a kid again, wide-eyed and full of excitement at every turn. The small moments that felt bigger than they actually were, like walking through vibrant night markets, tasting foods I never knew existed, or just sitting with a view of the city’s skyline.

It’s those little things that build up a sense of belonging, of discovery, and that remind me why travel, at its core, is so fulfilling.
I’ll carry the memories of this trip with me — not just the stunning landscapes or the beautiful wedding that I had the privilege of capturing, but the connections and the shared experiences with people who welcomed me so openly into their lives. Thank you again, Taipei, for opening my heart in a way I didn’t expect. I’ll be back, and I know I’ll always have a piece of this beautiful city with me. taken in Taipei, Taiwan by @darylltn

A journey that I will never forget -

I was part of a whirlwind 2-day journey with Heineken. It was long hours, quick decisions, and live updates — nonstop from start to finish. But looking back, it wasn’t just work; it was an experience I’ll never forget.

I can still feel the buzz of the team working together, the laughs we shared during the late hours, and the pride of seeing everything fall into place.

That final night, under the lights and music, I realized something: it’s not about the hustle alone. It’s about the people, the energy, and the memories you create along the way.

I’m so grateful to have been a part of this, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Cheers to moments that leave a mark. by @darylltn
