For the skaters, rebels,riders and Ramon Harris. Dude was around the skatepark a lot where I regularly paint. Met him once, super nice dude. If you havent heard, he was stabbed in the neck not far from the skatepark by a crazy deranged white dude. Senseless, like so many other crimes in Atlanta. I dont protest in crowds, I choose my own path to speak - sometimes without words. Im not going to make any political rants here, but I just want to thank the community for showing so much love and gratitude for the artwork we all painstakingly paint for mere kudos and likes. It doesnt pay the bills, but it fills my heart with gratitude in return. I appreciate your support. Ill spend my last dollar to paint something for yall. ✊🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼

It took me over a year to curate this wall, and with only 2 days left before the local art walk I had to scrape, brush paint, buff, sketch, and make enough progress by 5pm Friday to showcase my talent for the locals. So much grind went into this self funded project and Im happy to say it was the talk of the town. ☺️
Additionally, the court square has an active train track, so frequently during my painting Id hear the whistle blowing from the incoming trains. It really brought this to life in action.

Nice little retreat this weekend to reconnect and dispose. Early mornings are my favorite time to reflect and ponder before the day intrudes and my mind is uncontaminated. Its the most human I feel when everything is silent. Perhaps..a little Billie Holiday in the background is perfectly acceptable. by @das.bk

Loved painting this meme themed artwork put on by @abvgallery - This is “I Like Turtles” inspired by Jonathan the zombie. Dont get the correlation? Allow me - Ninja Turtles was probably my fav cartoon as a kid and I was always interested in Master Splinters backstory, so I imagine my own. He was once adored by the people and revered as one of the most respected in his samurai army. He used his power to keep peace, not wield it. Like Dumbledore, his power was implied and something not to be tested. One day, a rising warrior wanted all the power and only Splinter stood in his way. Splinter was aware of his rising popularity instead of eliminating him, he warned the people of how his ideology would shift the world forever and empowered the people to make a choice. So they conspired a coup against him to remove him from power, his rival labeled him a RAT and was banished to NYC for eternity. Master Splinter always loved turtled and preached its wisdom as power. The rest,….is history.

This was my 8x10 piece for @abvgallery Drink n Doodle vol 124- SOLD 💰

The idea of a cute fat little flirefly in a jar came to me walking my dog around the neighborhood just days before the event as thousands of fireflies ocsillated neon glows. I may try a more rendered version as the drink n doodles are limited by time. Whoever got this - thank you. You got the original version zero 😎🫶🏼💯 by @das.bk

I don’t do a lot of brushwork murals but I can do them. I spent every moment of this Mural painting in silence with the garage door is opening listening to the occasional downpour reflecting on everything from the process to my existentialist mind cave and wrestling with self-deprecation.
