LVNS1231 Ajax l Lavistone Featured Project

Light honey oak cabinetry sets the tone in this kitchen, bringing a soft warmth that feels natural and easy.

Paired with expressive stone inspired by Taj Mahal Quartzite, the surfaces carry a creamy base with gentle gold and beige veining, adding movement without overwhelming the space. Ajax sits in a similar warm direction for those drawn to this palette.

Showcased across the island, full-height bookmatched splashback and vanity, the stone creates a quiet continuity from one space to the next.

Introducing Lyons.

A new dual occupancy dwelling informed by Beaumaris’s modernist legacy.

The project draws on the suburbs enduring mid century character through a restrained palette of walnut timbers, natural stone and warm bronze detailing. Clean architectural forms are balanced by softer curves, integrated joinery and a considered approach to light and materiality.

The result is a contemporary interpretation of the Beaumaris modern period. Warm, understated and designed with longevity in mind.

This one stopped us the moment we walked in.

Beaumaris. A home that already had incredible bones - the architecture, the light, the connection between inside and out. Our job was to match the styling to the story the house was already trying to tell.

Dark timber joinery against raw stone. Warm terracotta tones in the living room that shift the mood from the cool, clean kitchen. Art that earns its wall. Every room calibrated so that a buyer moving through the home feels the temperature change - from open and airy to warm and considered to quiet and private.

That journey is intentional. It is what separates a property that photographs well from one that sells well.

Save this if you’re working on a brief where the architecture is already strong and you need the styling to match it.

Which room would you want to come home to?

We don’t just stage houses. We build atmospheres, frame by frame.

The stop motion format for this one wasn’t a stylistic choice. It was the most honest way to show how a space actually comes together — layer by layer, decision by decision.

Dash Constructions handed us a Beaumaris project with serious bones. Floor-to-ceiling light, strong architecture, clean lines. Our job was to give it weight and warmth.

Living room: rust velvet sofa, deep plum armchair, sheer white curtains pooling on the floor. Tension between richness and restraint. The abstract canvas leaning on the console — never hung, always considered.

Dining: light oak, cognac leather, a single ceramic vase with sparse branches. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Kitchen: curved plaster range hood, dark timber cabinetry against pale stone. The contrast does all the work.

Primary bedroom: terracotta linen, a low custom headboard spanning the full wall, integrated nightstands. Serene, not sparse.

Upstairs: dusty rose bouclé, a chunky modular sofa, a rust rug, and a round mirror that pulls the whole room together. The bouclé armchair in the foreground was the last piece in — and the one that made the room.

Bathroom: warm grey stone, floating timber vanity, brushed brass tapware, spherical sconces glowing against the mirror. Spa-like without trying.

Styling is about engineering a feeling buyers are willing to pay a premium for. The stop motion just lets you watch us do it.
