dance meditation: the oldest prayer your body knows 🔥

and most of the time, it takes you deeper than a still meditation ever could.

the witches are rising. all over the world. can you feel it in your body?

i’m no astrologer, but the sky is loud right now.

pluto is in aquarius until 2044, the sign of liberation and the collective. the last time it passed through, we got the french revolution.

saturn and neptune are in aries, pure fire and courage.

and on october 3, venus, the planet of love, pleasure and the feminine, turned retrograde in scorpio. deep, magnetic, unapologetic scorpio. she’s taking us down into the underworld to reclaim our desire, our passion, our power. the parts of ourselves we were taught to hide.

some call it the age of aquarius. i call it divine timing.

now look around.

the world keeps pushing fear, scarcity, small boxes. women are still being hurt, and too often the men who hurt them walk free.
enough. they burnt us in flames a while ago now we have the flames ready to set predators on fire.

we are done staying quiet.
done looking away.
done letting them get away with it.

women are standing up for each other. holding each other. believing each other. remembering what our grandmothers knew and were burned for.

that’s what a witch is. a woman who trusts her own knowing. who feels it all and stays in her power. who refuses to shrink.

so play with fire. be bold. be loud. let your passion lead.

that power lives in your body. in your breath. in your voice. tonight, breathe all the way down into your belly and feel the fire there.
