I’m still taking it all in.

I am truly grateful for every opportunity and every door God has aligned for me. Planning the Fight Back & Win Summit and Gala was one of the most fulfilling events of my career!

Being entrusted by my leadership to execute something this meaningful challenged me to grow, lead with excellence, and push myself to new heights.

Here’s to continuing to serve with excellence and walking through every door God opens for me! 📸: @lijahshotit by @dasiathepublicist

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak at the Campaigns & Elections, Democratic Operative Briefing on building digital power at the state level.

Sitting alongside digital directors from across the country to have productive conversations about what’s actually working right now felt right on time!

No matter the structure: political, business, or nonprofit, my work remains the same:
building and executing marketing strategies that actually move the needle, not just content that looks good, but systems that work.

Women who do the WORK!!!
@emerge.maryland @emergeamerica @speakerpelosi by @dasiathepublicist

Last week, I worked a conference.
Today, I’m volunteering at one.
This weekend, I’ll be attending CultureCon.

Different roles. Different rooms. Same mission.

Q4 is all about

Intention. Execution. Impact.

Who can I serve?
What can I contribute?
What impact is made?

Can’t wait to build meaningful connections and help foster profitable partnerships in the room! See you in Brooklyn! #culturecon #meetthepublicist #dasiathepublicist by @dasiathepublicist

Simply getting in the room was never the goal. This conference season, I came to make my mark! Grateful for every lesson along the way!

Impact > Influence.

@cbcfinc 55th Annual Legislative Conference is officially in the books, but the real work starts now.

Nothing is quite like being in rooms where conversations extend far beyond the agenda. Rooms where real strategy happens, and the impact carries on long after the conference.

I came to learn what's at stake, build meaningful connections, and capture a few monumental moments along the way.

Grateful for the energy, the insight, and every room that moved the needle forward.

Now, time to turn those conversations into action. #ALC55 #CBC2026 #cbcf #eventphotography by @dasiathepublicist

Marketing and Mimosas Scavenger Hunt🤩 Ft. @booziesmoothiesatl

Repping TEAM SPRITZ & SPRINKLES all morningggg! 😂🍹✨

Did we win the Scavenger Hunt? …yeah,no. 🥲
BUT Did we win in experience, sisterhood, laughs, new connections AND a little workout? ABSOLUTELY. 😂💪🏾

everybody looked BEAUTIFUL in their orange + yellow?! 🍊💛 We definitely took over the streets with this one from sorority allegations and all😂

We met some fun, encouraging people along the way—and honestly, PSA: don’t be afraid to talk to strangers! LOL. You never know who you’re going to meet, what connection you’ll make, or who might become part of your next chapter. 💛

A huge thank you to @marketingandmimosas_ for creating a space where we can come together, celebrate one another, connect, and grow our businesses together every year. There’s something so special about being surrounded by women who are genuinely rooting for each other. 🥂✨

And shoutout to my girls for making this morning one to remember:

Event has passed BUT Still smiling. Still grateful. Still creating. 🥹 by @dasiathepublicist

The culmination of six months of strategy, partnerships, fundraising, communications, logistics, and execution.

To most, this is an empty ballroom.

To me, it’s the final result of a strategic growth infrastructure built long before the doors opened.

A sold-out inaugural summit# doesn’t happen because tickets magically sell themselves. It happens because every sponsor secured, every attendee touchpoint, every media opportunity, every communication, and every operational detail is intentionally designed months in advance.

Watching strategy transition seamlessly into execution is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

If you’re relying on ticket sales to fund your macro-level events, you’re already planning too late.

Sustainable events are built on sponsorship strategy, partnerships, communications, and revenue infrastructure that create impact long before event day.

If you want stronger funding, sustainable ROI, and an event that grows year after year, the architecture must be built today.

Let’s build an event that doesn’t just sell tickets, it builds momentum. #fightbackwin2026 by @dasiathepublicist
