Autumn has arrived at Carte Blanche. 🍂

There is a certain rhythm to the season – cooler evenings, golden light arriving a little earlier, and a growing desire for dishes that bring warmth and comfort. That feeling is at the heart of our new autumn menu, available from today.

Look forward to tender corn-fed chicken supreme with pumpkin risotto and wild broccoli, grilled entrecôte with Sauce Béarnaise, or Tagliarini in a creamy wild mushroom and truffle sauce.

And for dessert? Timeless favourites such as our Crêpe Suzette or a light and airy Pavlova with raspberries and lemon balm. ✨

Discover our new autumn menu at Carte Blanche.

Reservations via the link in our bio or at restaurant@das-stue.com.

𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻.

For 𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆, we brought together historic architecture, contemporary design and fashion-forward bridal style at Das Stue - creating a wedding editorial for couples who don't want their celebration to look like everyone else's.

A celebration can be elegant without being conventional.
Luxurious without being excessive.
And deeply personal without losing its sense of style.

A morning made for movement & connection.
