The temptation to get a larger cc bike has been ever looming over me, especially this past week since the weather has been so nice. The feeling of the wind while cruising even at 45-50mph is just phenomenal. I don't want a bigger moto for being reckless or anything, just to give myself a bit more range and breathing room so I'm not constantly wringing out my z125 just to get up to cruising speed lol. Plus I wanna cruise on the freeway, just singing along to the music playing in my helmet. It's a different feeling from having a karaoke session in the car lemme tell ya. Sorry, not sorry. Gonna keep spamming riding clips I make from all the riding I've been doing 😂 insta360 x4 air ftw.

Have a good weekend 🔥

The commute to work today was beautiful.

Early morning rides on the weekend are 🔥

but also as soon as it hits 8am I head home before I melt 😂

Summer riding can be awful... but as long as I'm moving, it feels amazing. 😎

Quick clip I let the Insta360 app generate from one of my rides into work this week. Even commuting can look cool 😂 Probably won't be editing any videos myself anytime soon, at least not til I get a more robust computer to handle it lol.

I wouldn't say it's gotten easier... But I do recover from the bouts of grief a bit better than before. It still hits me like a damn truck though. I miss this butthead. Waking up for over a year without him sucks. by @dat_onisenpai

It's been 1 year today without you Buddy. I still catch myself looking for you in all your usual spots in the house. I still wake up in the morning hoping it was all just a dream and that you'd be right in my face panting with your stinky morning breath lol. Buddy was a big hugger btw, in case you can't tell from the first two pics.

Huggin the floof

But hugs only lasted for a few seconds, cuz then he would need space to go CWAZY with the ZOOOOMIES. Which is usually when I'd grab the leash so we can go for a walk. Buddy would proceed to roll around in all the clean patches of grass he could find (he LOVED Irvine for this).

Then in his final senior year, he became more contemplative while rolling around with his wheels. I wouldn't say he was tired persay, cuz if I let him, we'd walk for ages before he'd want to turn back home. He would just stop at random places in the neighborhood to take in the smells and just chill.

Something a lot of fellow pet parents would understand, is how they look at us. Full of love in their eyes. This angel was such a good boy.

He'd always check on me if I'm being quiet for too long. Just come up and stare at me til I pet him and he'd lay his head in my lap or lay down on my feet. Content that I'm ok. I'm trying to still be ok without you Buddy. by @dat_onisenpai

Loving this @yoshimura_rd exhaust 😈 easily gave my z125 a massive +0.5hp boost 🤣 by @dat_onisenpai

Finally made some time to at least watch some of the footage I've been recording during my daily commutes... I happened to get this screen cap while messing with the perspective and zoom 😂 Insta360 cams are pretty neat. This just about sums up my summer rides in the beautiful SoCal mornings. Take the time to enjoy. Yes, it's good to have goals to achieve and things to mark off your checklist... Don't forget to live not just simply being alive. I'm so glad I finally got my M1 and got myself a bike (even if it's a little 125cc). Don't get me wrong, I still love cars. I put up with wrenching on them because I enjoy being around them. But it's hard to duplicate the feeling on the back of a motorcycle. Rolling windows down or putting the top down in a car... It's just not quite the same. The constant danger is a rush too lol. Looking forward to picking up a bigger bike down the road so I can see how it is to go above 55mph on a bike 😬
