2️⃣ Enable "Better Performance" Mode:

Open Device Manager > Disk Drives

Right-click your USB > Properties > Policies

Toggle from "Quick Removal" to "Better Performance" (just make sure you always click Safely Remove before unplugging!).

Open CMD as Admin
