🚨🏆 GOD DID IT AGAIN!!! 🏆🚨 2 TIMES. IN 8 MONTHS. 😭🙌🏾 I’m beyond honored and honestly still IN AWE that I was named Sales Person of the Month for the ENTIRE LGI Homes company for August! 🏡🔑 Ya Girl is back on the NASDAQ jumbotron 🗽!!! Let me put this into perspective… I’ve been doing this for 7 YEARS, and I have NEVER experienced this before. To receive this recognition twice in the same year is something I don’t take lightly. Because I know what it took to get here. Hard work. Sacrifice. Consistency. Late nights. Early mornings. Showing up when I was tired. Staying committed to the process. And loving on my clients every step of the way. ❤️ But above EVERYTHING… IT WAS GOD. 🙏🏾 I have to take a moment to give God ALL the glory because this is ONLY BY HIS GRACE! He continues to show me that when you stay faithful, stay obedient, work hard, and trust Him, He will open doors you could never open on your own. 🙌🏾 And to my CLIENTS — THANK YOU! 🥹❤️ Thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your life. Thank you for allowing me to guide you, advocate for you, answer ALL the questions 😂, calm the nerves, celebrate the victories, and ultimately help put those KEYS IN YOUR HANDS! 🔑🏡 I LOVE YOU ALL! ❤️ And guess what… I’M NOT DONE YET! 🔥 There are still families dreaming about homeownership. There are still people who think they can’t qualify. There are still people overwhelmed by the process and simply need someone to help them understand their options. THAT’S WHERE I COME IN. 👏🏾 If owning a home is on your vision board, your prayer list, or somewhere in the back of your mind… LET’S TALK. 🏡 I’ll help take the guesswork out of the process, create a plan, and help you turn that dream into a REALITY. Your keys could be next! 🔑✨ 📲 Ashley Okafor 980-365-1529 #GodDidIt #SalesPersonOfTheMonth #LGIHomes #ByHisGrace #Homeownership DreamHome HomeBuyer FirstTimeHomeBuyer CharlotteNC RealEstate KeysToHomeownership GodIsShowingOut WorkHardPrayHard AshleyOkafor taken in United States of America by @datdeal1stplace

THIS ONE HIT DIFFERENT. 🏡❤️ My client just closed on their BRAND-NEW HOME! 🎉🔑 But let me tell you… this journey was NOT easy. From the very beginning, we faced challenge after challenge. But my client was determined, and I was determined right alongside them. We weren’t going to let a few obstacles stand between them and the keys to their home. We corrected credit. We navigated new employment. We created a savings plan. We had follow-ups. We made adjustments. We kept pushing. We did whatever it took. And then… LOOK AT GOD. 🙌🏽 I remember telling them early on, “This is going to be your house.” And honestly, I don’t say that often. But something about this one made me believe it—and today, they have the keys to prove it. 🥹🔑 To my clients: YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! ❤️ It was such a blessing to work with you, and I truly pray this home becomes everything you dreamed it would be and more. And if you’re reading this thinking, “I want that to be me…” Why not you? Your credit may need work. You may need a better job. You may need a savings plan. You may feel like you’re not ready yet. But “not yet” does NOT mean “never.” Let’s work together, make a plan, and see what we can make happen. 🏡✨ Who’s ready to stop dreaming about homeownership and start working toward the keys? 🔑👇🏽 taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @datdeal1stplace

GOAL CHECKED ✅: At the start of this year, one of my biggest goals was to qualify for our Nasdaq trip in 2026. To make it, you had to rank in the Top 7 in the nation for sales. All year long, I was told it would be close and there was a chance I might not make it. So I gave it to God. I told Him that no matter the outcome, my heart would remain grateful because of all He has already done for me. Coming back from vacation, I opened my texts and emails to the news: Congratulations — you ranked Top 3 in the nation! I’m still in awe. Even while operating three months behind on inventory, God still made a way and allowed me to check off a goal that once felt uncertain. This moment is bigger than an accomplishment — it’s a reminder that God’s timing, favor, and plans are always greater than what we can see. I’m beyond grateful for every client who trusts me to help them reach their homeownership goals, for my amazing realtor partners, and for the opportunity to do work that I truly love. Sitting here in Times Square, New York, overwhelmed with gratitude and reflecting on how far God has brought me. To God be all the glory. ✨🙏🏽 #Grateful #Top3 #Blessed #Nasdaq2026 #LGIHomes 🙌🏾FaithAndFavor 🏡HomeownershipJourney taken in Times Square, New York City by @datdeal1stplace

✨ 2026 HOMEOWNERSHIP IS POSSIBLE ✨ Today was such a special closing day! Congratulations to Ms. Caldwell on her beautiful brand new home. 🏡🔑 This journey was more than just paperwork and numbers. It was about faith, alignment, and perseverance. I truly believe God opens doors at the right time, and today was proof of that. I’m so grateful He allowed our paths to align so we could help make this dream a reality. It was also a pleasure working alongside my amazing realtor partner Porchia McMillan Real Estate Advisor to get this done. Teamwork makes the dream work! Ms. Renee Caldwell stayed focused, trusted the process, and today she is officially a homeowner. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. If you’ve been wondering whether homeownership is possible for you, let this be your sign… it absolutely is. Your story could be next. 🏡✨ 📩 Send me a message if you're ready to start your journey. by @datdeal1stplace
