Healing is possible, and in a coaching relationship, it requires both of us to partner with the Holy Spirit in the work.

Without Him, this would be me, as a coach, simply operating out of a non anointed gift and @projectpositivehealth, as a client and Child of God, doing behavior modification in her own strength. But when you want REAL healing, you have to go to the healer.

And that is exactly what Marci has done. She responded with reckless abandon to her Father pursuing her heart. 🤍

He's such a good Father. And the good news is that HE is going to be faithful to you and your sanctification no matter what you do. He will finish what HE started. ⬅️

You can quit striving, quit trying to earn His presence, His love or His approval. You've got it, in Jesus' name. 😭

Rest.
Be still.
And if He's calling you to it, get to work healing.

Sometimes you don't recognize what God has been building until you turn around and look at the trail behind you. 😭

For YEARS, I knew that sentence mattered to me:

“I want to help women break chains.”

I just didn't fully understand what those chains were going to look like.

Now I do.

They look like beliefs about yourself that were never true.
Patterns you keep repeating even though you KNOW better.
Fear that keeps making decisions for you.

Shame.
People pleasing.
Second guessing.
Living from wounds you didn't ask for.
Knowing what God says about you in your head...but struggling to actually LIVE like you believe Him.

THAT is the stuff I have gotten to sit across from women and watch start to break.

Not because I have some magical answer.

But because God heals, the Holy Spirit leads, truth changes things—and sometimes we need someone safe sitting across from us asking, “Okay...but what's actually going on here?”

15 years ago, I didn't have language for any of this.

I just knew I wanted to help women break chains.

And apparently God knew exactly what He was doing. 😭🤍

Happy Monday, friends! Thanking God that we are FREE to do what He called us to do, even if it does not meet the expectations others held for us.

Lord, help us to REMEMBER to look to you and to listen to the Holy Spirit you placed inside us for how we should live.

I’m back. 👋🏼🤍

After a few months of putting my coaching brain on ice and going full-on mom mode this summer…

I’m slowly thawing out. 😂🧊

Because sometimes the most aligned thing you can do isn't push harder, stay visible, or keep producing.

Sometimes you step back.

You choose your people. You protect your peace. You let yourself not do it all.

And now? 👀

I’m feeling those coaching wheels starting to turn again…

Wait for the end!!

I can coach you into the best decision for you before we start, and I will empower you as you transition to the next thing the Lord is calling you to.

Coaching, is not permanent.
It is a stop you're making on your journey to pick up skills, heal trauma, do it faster with support and then keep moving.

Listen to what the Lord tells you, even if and when it means He asks you to move away from me.

If I were to let you stay too long, I would become a crutch instead of a blessing, a safe space to hide instead of the Lord. And I’m not gonna do that.

What I am going to do, is ALWAYS push you closer to the Lord, whether it feels good in that moment or not. Whatever the Big Boss says, that's where we want to be. 🤍

So cheers to new beginnings ✨️
Cheers to growth ✨️
And cheers to feeling healed enough to keep walking ✨️
