Northern rivers rail trail 🏃🏻

Dress rehearsal to see if I can run a half marathon in Melbourne next week. Well in, feeling gooood 👊🏼

Bloody lovely out here, shaded almost the whole 20K and nice soft gravel… heaven you could call it.

Upper body work with the guys 🧱

This gym bringing the perfect work / recovery ratio and just what we needed. Could have spent the whole day here but then my arms would probably fall off.
