If you need me, you'll have to climb a mountain to find me.

Epic day out at the Run Collective Beer Run! Thanks to my social media manager (and designated driver) for recording and putting the reel together 😏 by @davechza
Weekend trip with my daughter to show her the escarpment for the first time, and the chain ladders! 🤪🪜 Mountains didn’t disappoint, with beautiful calm, cool ❄️days. Nights by firelight 🔥and kinda good company 😜. Till next time…. #mountains #drakensberg #hiking #trail #hike by @davechza
Mnweni Mountain Marathon was phenomenal. Bucket list item for sure by @davechza
Last minute invite to meet DGT peeps, I couldn’t say no, although I tried. 🤣 Rained on and off on the way up, then sun came mostly out, but in the last bit of Mzimude Pass it started to get bitter cold. 🥶 Cave was not big enough to accommodate all of us, so slept under short overhang, just outside the cave. Full moon, and cloudless night. Next morning was frosty and frozen on the escarpment, down a gully “where it looks like you can’t get down”. Tsepeng pass. No trail until just before Sleeping Beauty Cave. #hike #hiking #nature #mountains #trail 📸 🐍 @smurf_mg by @davechza
Day2, Forgot to start my watch from the cave 🤦🏻‍♀️. Woke up at 2am to still see lightning ⚡️ still flashing in the distance on the escarpment! Near rumbling started again as we set off. Windy, cold 🥶 and miserable on the escarpment(and weather report said it wasn’t going to change), so decided to rather head down Langs, instead of Giants Pass, to grab a drink 🥃 and sandwich 🥪 , before heading to Meander Hut 🛖 to meet my dad with Alex. Stumbled across @davechza talking to himself near Rock 7️⃣5️⃣too. And a random short mission to the grave site at the top of Langs. 🪦 📸 credit for cave pic @smurf_mg #mountains #drakensberg #destination #adventure #hiking by @davechza
Amongst the giants this time last weekend. So many photos to choose from, on one of my most scenic hikes. Just loved this. ❤️❤️❤️ #mountains #adventure #destination #hike #explore by @davechza
Some stills from this past weekends trip in the Giants Castle area. There were some mean insects out, poor @davechza still hasn’t stopped itching. Moody weather from the mountains, but still beautiful. Sometimes it’s hard to find the sun amongst all the dark clouds. #hike #drakensberg #adventure #explore #africa #trail #outdoors #mountain by @davechza
