2024 wasn’t an easy year for me—it was all about resets, losing my Dad, some difficulties in our family relationships, refocusing my business goals entirely, and being much more transparent about how hard life can be. It wasn’t pretty, and neither am I.

The carefully curated social media representations of life and lifestyle aren’t real.

2025 is about being more honest, transparent and authentic for me. It’s also about getting into the best shape of my life, knowing what to say, “No” to so I can say “Yes” to things that really matter and getting entirely focused on what will move the needle. It may not be pretty. Definitely have some things to figure out, but I am very hopeful about what is in place at the end of this year to make 2025 so much better and brighter.

Extremely grateful to be leading the Prenetics and @im8health team in the Americas. Your authentic self is safe with us, so come along. Get out there. Let’s go!!!

Was asked some interesting questions about my choices in an interview today—why I chose my majors, how that led to my work and career choices, etc.

The whole discussion made me think about the institutional model of education/career/life that simply never fit me and who I am.
