Thank you to everyone who came to October’s club with two of our dearest friends in music and life- Kate Williams and Julie Walkington.

A beautiful night with a wide range of material including ‘On The Wing of a Dragonfly’, the title track of Kate’s new album and two premieres of newly co-written songs with Alan Broadbent.

A reminder that November’s club is sold out but we have availability for December! by @daveohm46

ENORMOUS THANKS to everyone who has already bought tickets for November's club and sold it out! A special appreciation for @katierosewindow and her amazing Choir!

We can't tell you what that means for a grassroots venue, the security of knowing a show is viable and all you have to think about is the music!

There are only 3 shows left this year with availability if you wan to help us relax even more!

Tue 6 Oct with KATE WILLIAMS & JULIE WALKINGTON

Next month we are delighted to welcome award-winning pianist and composer KATE WILLIAMS to the club for her debut!

We have had a long working and personal friendship with Kate. She and Georgia won 'Best Album' at the 2020 Parliamentary Jazz Awards for 'Finding Home' in a collaboration that included the Guastalla Quartet and classical guitarist John Williams.

We'll be joined by another longstanding friend and colleague, bassist JULIE WALKINGTON.

Tickets are selling steadily (thank you!) so don't miss out!

Fashionably late for LJF but so looking forward to returning to my favourite @pizzaexpresslive in Soho on 25 November.

Last year, I launched my 3rd album with Alan Broadbent there. This time I will be joined by wonderful guitarist and composer Jeanfrançois Prins, Calum Gourlay and Dave Ohm to play some songs we share and others we have learnt from each other!

Despite Jeanfrançois incredible CV (Toots Thielemans, Quincy Jones, Lee Konitz, Judy Niemack, Michel Legrand), this will be his first gig in London so although we may not be serving moules et frites, come show your appreciation!

We hope you had a lovely Bank Holiday and the return to school / work / real life / autumn was not too much of a shock!

Next Tuesday we are celebrating our 2nd Anniversary and we will be honest: tickets are going much slower than during the summer, which we expected to be quiet (and wasn’t!)

As you will know if you have visited us at our lovely host venue before, Hopscotch is small so every ticket really counts.

For most grassroots venues, advance sales give peace of mind that the event is viable, so if you are thinking of joining us, please do book a ticket as soon as possible.

Tickets will include a complimentary glass of Prosecco and some lovely homemade cake!

We would love to mark this big birthday with all you wonderful people who have supported us so much over these last 2 years.

Thank you for understanding and loving live music as much as us.

Georgia & Dave xx
