Completed another section along the coast. Twelve miles, out and back from Seatown to Cogden Beach, just east of Burton Bradstock. Wet and windy with 700m of height gain....lovely..😬🥵 #dorsettrailrunning by @daverwilcox

Perfect weather for a 2 hour out and back to Abbotsbury. Nice and flat for once. 💪 by @daverwilcox

Been busy over the last three weeks, familiarising myself with a route I have planned that will take me from Broadwindsor to Swanage, covering some prominent hills in between 🏃‍♂️. The section this week from Abbotsbury to Ferrybridge in Portland was stunning following the shoreline of the Fleet Lagoon nature reserve. by @daverwilcox

The Doddle was a tough one this year 🥵. 52km and 1800m vert. Happy with 5th fastest time, but the last 6 miles were a struggle keeping anything down 🤮😫 by @daverwilcox

Just under 3 hours and 850m ascent 💪🥵 The training is coming together for the Dorset Doddle in a few weeks 🏃‍♂️ Just hope it cools down a little. by @daverwilcox

Hilly run for a couple of hours around this amazing stretch of coastline 🥵💪🏃‍♂️ by @daverwilcox

Saunton Sands to Barnstaple, 12 miles. From 1400m height gain yesterday to only 25m today. An easy section mainly following the estuary but under a baking sun 🌞 🥵. by @daverwilcox

Another section of the South West Coast Path. Combe Martin to Saunton Sands, 23 miles with 1400m of ascent. #southwestcoastpathhikers by @daverwilcox
