Thank you @michael_hillebrand for seeing something in me that allows me to call myself a @10thplanetoakland blue belt. This is only the beginning of a new climb and I look to get better and improve to make sure i always represent the gym to the best of my abilities. Thank you for the opportunity 🙏🏼🙏🏼 by @davesodope

Did a private session today with @yodchai_yokkao , definitely worth the experience. Told him I wanted to learn techniques and improve in the clinch and we spent the time doing just that. Spent a few minutes warming up by skipping rope, and then for the next hour he shared tips and taught me techniques to use for the clinch. We ended the session with 3 rounds of sparring that I wasnt able to fit into this video but it was an absolute blast working with him 🙏🏼🙏🏼🥊🥊 taken in Yokkao Training Center Bangkok by @davesodope

Has a chance to join @saenchaithailand to visit a school for an event as he donated gym equipment for the kids and candy and snacks. Was such a dope experience, got to meet and interact with the kids, learn and play a fun ass game called chairball that I definitely will be bringing back with me to my school and doing in my p.e class, and ended the day with karaoke. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 by @davesodope

Got to link and train alongside @mike_premiermt today. Really dope to be able to do this because when I first got into the sport, it was at the old @sitangymny and mike was one of the first people that was there that helped me learn basics maaaddddd long ago. Enjoy retirement and being able to live in paradise 🙏🏼🙏🏼 taken in Elite Fight Club, Bangkok by @davesodope
