“Black Eyed Susan” needed a piano player, and I found not only an amazing musician, but a gifted engineer and producer, and a great friend.
Congratulations to @b.enandtheb.and his lovely wife Maggie on their new home in Williamsport Pennsylvania. 🙌❤️‍🔥🎶
I will miss being able to swing by at the spur of the moment to throw down some tracks, but a road trip to record next to the Little League World Series is in order. ⚾️ 🎙️🎶🔥
Merry Christmas and happy new year, my friend 🎄🙏 we have lots of unfinished musical business in 2026, so the car will be gassed up as soon as the new studio is up and rolling 🎧🚙💨 by @davetieff

I fought hitting the gym “first thing” for a long time. ⏰
It sounded like a good idea lol, but there was no way I was hitting the gym at 5:30 in the morning. Now, as soon as I wake up, it’s the first place I wanna go. 🏋️
I started going at 5:30-6am about a year ago, and it completely sets the tone for the whole day. When I start the day with a solid workout, it usually locks in a great mood, but even when shit happens, it makes it much easier to deal with. 💪🔥🙌 taken in Edgewater Fitness by @davetieff

@cancuncantina2020
Some highlights from 2025 but a 90 second reel doesn’t do it justice. ❤️‍🔥
I don’t think we’ve ever needed live music, dancing, and human connection more than we do right now and the Fosters have done a great job facilitating that.
A lot of very talented people come to that room who inspire me more than they know— for many different reasons.
Thank you for being an oasis of
benevolent vibrations. 🔥🙌🎶
