Ray Bradbury’s visionary novel, Fahrenheit 451, serves as an ever-relevant warning against a society built on censorship and anti-intellectualism. We endeavored to revisit this story as a short film created through the lens of contemporary science fiction design.

What began as a personal project to explore character design and modeling expanded to a short 3D animation executed primarily in Unreal Engine that brought together a team of passionate collaborators exploring the world of Fahrenheit 451 in the language of a film or tv series trailer.

One of my favorite shots from our 451 short film. Seiji designed and 3D modeled the character, I created the environment and animations. This was one of the first shots we completed for the short. Animated and rendered in UE5.

Here are a few of the Drone HUD's I designed for Echo-3 while at Territory Studio. I designed quite a few as the UI had to go through a military advisor.

Our Producer, Whitney, is also a licensed pilot which helped direct the authenticity of the UI.

Drone design for Apple+ series Echo-3. Created while at Territory Studios under the creative direction of Russ Gautier.

I designed the drone in blender and photoshop before moving onto the final production model. Which was sub-d modeled inside of Blender and textured in Substance Painter.

I also designed the drone's 2D HUD and animated a few scenes in After Effects for the final VFX.
