A few of my favorite shots from last weekend.

Summer Bash Fest came back even bigger than last year, and it was one hell of a night. Thanks to everyone who showed up, made some noise, and helped bring the whole thing to life.

Not sure how we’re going to top it next year, but I’m looking forward to finding out.

To say this old Honda has brought me immense joy would be an understatement.

This ’72 CB175 is old, surprisingly heavy, tops out at 75 mph… and I absolutely love it.

Restoring this motorcycle has been one of the best cost-to-happiness investments I’ve ever made.

One of my favorite parts is stopping for gas or grabbing a cold drink when an old timer walks over with a huge smile and says:

“Man… I haven’t seen one of those in decades. It looks incredible.”

Or…

“That engine’s gonna outlive you. You don’t even know.”

Those little interactions make my day every single time. I’m grateful for the community, the conversations, the stories, and the peace this bike has brought me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

Huge thanks to the homie @beefytime for “unloading his garbage” onto me. 😂

Great rock music is built on attitude and raw voltage. David Slayton hit the HOOKED stage with the kind of high energy that defines a true frontman. He showed us that being a lead songwriter means more than just writing tracks, it is about owning the spotlight and keeping the audience locked in from the first note to the last. This was a masterclass in modern rock intensity. See how he brought the house down. Watch the full breakdown. 🎸 @warplayofficial #gethooked 🪝 taken in The Eighth Room by @davewayneslayton

Some songs take the long road. I wrote Naked back in 2018, and it didn’t get recorded until this year. Funny how the timing works out. Out now everywhere 🎶 by @davewayneslayton
