+47.5kg/104.5lb meet pr
7/9 and not terrible. This meet was relatively low pressure and for fun. I had a blast but could've done some things better. I should've trained on skinny pad a bit more even with the shoulder, pushed a little harder in training when I could've, and get my sleep dialed in.

2nd attempt double paused it and jumped press command 😈
3rd attempt butt lift (should've chalked)
Nothing I haven't done in training but definitely exposed some things to focus on. We also learned avancus shoes are a little sketch and risky to wear while benching because of the way the sole and the back of the shoe is designed. Watching the videos back, my heels felt on the ground but under my shoe I had around 1cm of space. (Cope) get some white toes 🗣

I thought I could do a little more on deads but we also found I gas out a little quicker than anticipated as well as I'm not used to training on a solid platform so although better, it threw me off a little. Mainly the Squats were fatiguing but it's all part of learning. Thanks to everyone who was there. Energy was amazing and I can't express my gratitude for yall.
Sincerely,
A very tired David

Can't believe after only 1yr and 4ish months hit this milestone from a 120lb bench when I started. Thanks to @my_domain_expansion and @liftvince for watching and I can't believe I hit it. If you really try your best you cannot fail. taken in IRON VAULT by @david.bon007
