Location:
Waldhofstrasse 11/13, Horgen

Schedule:
Saturday, October 24th – 10:00–13:00 & 14:00–16:00
Sunday, October 25th – 10:00–13:00 & 14:00–16:00

What to expect:
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore a wide range of skills, tailored to your level and goals:
• Straps-specific conditioning to build strength and prevent injuries
• Proper alignment and healthy technique for fundamental positions like meathooks and flags
• Spinning from the base and in the air — using centrifugal force to move efficiently
• Multiple grips and when to use them
• A wide variety of tricks and how to link them into combos
• Roll-ups and variations, depending on level
• Low straps combined with basic acrobatic elements

I’ll also give you tools to continue training independently after the workshop. If you have something specific you want to learn, feel free to let me know — I’ll adapt the content to suit the group.

To sign up:
Please send me your full name and phone number so I can add you to the WhatsApp group.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Looking forward to work with you!
