One year ago, I had the profound honor of being in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, receiving his infinite blessings.

As I reflect on this past year, I’m struck by the changes, both external and internal. So much has shifted in the world around me, yet even more within.

Honoring the sacred tradition, the teachings, and the path, I express deep gratitude to all the masters and teachers who have helped lift my suffering and dispel my ignorance. Their guidance has been a light in dark times.

May the path to awakening continue to unfold for all of us. May all beings find peace, happiness, and be free from suffering.

3 am, Singing Raag Bhairav above the ancient city of Jerusalem.

The city is in deep sleep below, the sky are wide open above, and a song moving through the silence.

Looking at a place where people have been praying to God for thousands of years, I could feel my own heart turning toward Him.

No words, just sound penetrating the silence with devotion and yearning to be close to the Beloved.
