The Matthew McConaughey said it best! In the past I have over leveraged myself and half-assed things. Each time with good intentions but fell short sticking to the plan. 2AM workouts was the start of my discipline, my accountability and my commitment to follow thru with what I promise. Training has more than started to chisel my physical appearance, it has also helped to reshape my peace! I'm smiling again! #2AMWORKOUTS #sleeperbuild #gymtherapy #PHYSICALEDIFICATION #TRAINTHRUIT taken in Monument, Colorado by @david_moses71

What pushes you? What makes you want to get up daily and hit the gym? What makes you want to be the best version of yourself? If you don't know, make a reservation for one, sit with yourself and find it! Have a great day friend! #trainthruit #bestversionofyou taken in Colorado Springs, Colorado by @david_moses71

Be a "nice guy" or "good man", todays world, attempts to take advantage of both. I work hard at being a "Good Man" and it doesn't hurt to be the best human being you can be as well! #TRAINTHRUIT #getupandmove taken in Colorado Springs, Colorado by @david_moses71

Colorado is meant for being outside, something I used to take for granted. Enjoyed a much needed hike with the beautiful @ifbbpro.laurenbarton. #bigsmiles #colorado #coloradoliving #getoutside #goodtimes taken in Pulpit Rock by @david_moses71
