💬 Speaking about the EP, the artist said: “For me, the best music exists outside of time. It doesn’t matter when it was made or what trends surround it, if it moves you, it matters. This EP was created from that mindset. I wanted each track to feel like a journey, balancing the energy of the dancefloor with something more personal and introspective. My hope is that listeners find whatever they need in these records, whether that’s joy, reflection, inspiration, or simply a moment to escape.”

London-born producer and DJ David Ramano has released his latest three-track EP, Pleasure, via CamelPhat's When Stars Align label. Released July 31, the project features “Pleasure,” “Broken,” and “My Eyes.”

Across Pleasure, Ramano explores music as a form of escape and connection, creating tracks that balance dancefloor energy with more introspective moments. He describes the project as an attempt to make music that can exist beyond trends, with each track offering its own journey and emotional space.

The title track opens with a laidback groove, piano chords, warm analog bass, and playful percussion. “Broken” builds around a rolling bassline and Afro-influenced rhythms, while “My Eyes” takes a slower, more atmospheric approach through resonating bass, plucky synths, and echoed vocals.
